The following are guidelines for submitting your engagement to The Times. Information must be typed or printed clearly. Fill out the form completely including first and last names (i.e. Jane Smith, not Mrs. Mike Smith). Please print clearly.

All forms must be signed by the bride-elect or future groom or the parents of the couple and include a daytime phone number. Forms should be submitted at least 2 months before the wedding.

We will publish one photo. Black and white or color photos will be accepted with no guarantees of good reproduction in the newspaper. Photos will be returned by mail only if a self-addressed stamped envelope is included with the completed form or the photo can be picked up after publication.
