Increased class sizes could be the fallout of the financial woes of the Ottawa Elementary School District, as administrators and board members try to balance the budget. Superintendent Craig Doster has presented the board with four variations on two basic options: pass a referendum or make staff and program cuts while selling working cash bonds. The board is asking residents to weigh in with their thoughts during a community meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Central School’s auditorium.
