Corn Belt Philatelic Society Stamp & Postcard Show The Corn Belt Philatelic Society will host CORNPEX 2009, its annual postage stamp and postcard exhibition and sale, Nov. 14 and Nov. 15. The show will be held at the Bloomington Center for Performing Arts. Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Postage stamp and postcard dealers from throughout the Midwest will be represented at the show. There will also be stamp and postcard exhibits on display. A “Mr. Stamps” booth will assist children between the ages of six and 14 with tips on how to pursue the hobby of stamp collecting.
