Streator - Patrick H. Bennington, 43, 222 E. North St., Pontiac, was cited Monday in the 2300 block of North Bloomington Street for driving while license suspended and no rear registration light.
Ottawa - Beth A. Stazzone, 38, 742 Chambers St., was cited for failure to yield at an intersection following a collision Monday at the intersection of Norris Drive and Paul Street with Charles E. Moore Sr., Streator. No injuries were reported.
Marseilles - Avery J. Rutherford, 32, Marseilles, was arrested Tuesday at North 2653rd Road and East 2350th Road on complaints of driving under the influence, speeding, expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Rutherford was issued a notice to appear.
- John W. Meagher, 18, Marseilles, was cited Tuesday on Scott Street with disorderly conduct.
Fire calls - Ottawa firefighters responded to a vehicle on fire in a driveway at 908 Howard St. at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, the fire had been extinguished by the resident.
- Streator firefighters responded to an activated alarm at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at EJ McKernan Packaging, 712 Iowa Avenue. Upon arrival, responders found the sprinkler system leaking and a sensor activated. There was no fire.
- Streator firefighters responded at 6:51 a.m. Wednesday to an activated alarm at 606 E. Morrell St. Cooking smoke activated the alarm. There was no fire.
