Costumes, kids and candy made a perfect mix in downtown Ottawa and Streator Saturday, Halloween. Bags of candy were handed out as kids moved from store to store. Ottawa businesses were giving the goodies from 10 a.m to noon and Streator's merchants offered treats from 9 a.m. to noon. |
