MARSEILLES -- Lillian Goodin, 79, of Marseilles died Friday, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.

A private memorial service was held. There will be no visitation. Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Goodin was born Jan. 2, 1928, in Marseilles, to Dee and Pearl (Seaborn) Burress. In 1969 she married Wendell "Corky" Goodin of Marseilles.

She was employed by Owens Glass in Streator.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Bernie (Butch) Frig of Woodburn, Ken.; a son, Frank (Bonnie) Doyle of Kirksville, Miss.; a stepson, Tom (Laurie) Goodin of Marseilles; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Hazel (Doyle) Farmer of Marseilles and Stella Callahan of Morris.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Read; and a sister, Doris Read.
